Admin account is locked in Dahua HD-CVI DVR

1. Reboot the DVR

اعدت تشغيل الجهاز 

2. Go into your DVR directly under the 88888 account. The password should be 888888 (this is the default).

افتح من خلال مستخدم و باسورد الاساسى و هو 888888 و الباسورد 888888

Main menu > settings > system >

اختار القائمة الرئيسية > اعدادات > نظام

Account > on your right hand side click on the pencil

حساب > اضغط على شكل الايقونة القلم

Enter the Old password > and create a new one and click on save and that should do it, log out and log in again

with the admin account

اعد كتابة الباسورد القديم ثم كتابة الباسورد الجديد ثم تاكيد للباسورد الجديدة

This should solved it. If not follow the next final step;

3. Go to Main Manu>Setting>System

Then on your left hand side go to Default>Factory Default> press Apply and

Save

After it reboots it will ask you to create a password for the admin account go ahead and do so, this will fix the account locked issue.
